Our standards
Good support takes more than a certificate.
Skills and safety matter, but great support also takes character, reliability, empathy, life experience and the ability to build real trust. Every Kindrel worker is selected for who they are, how they show up and whether they meet our standard of safe, capable support.
Careful worker selection
Personality, judgement, reliability, experience and participant fit are all assessed.
Checks & clearances
Workers must hold the screening, checks and clearances required for their role.
Appropriate insurance
Business insurance is maintained, with comprehensively insured vehicles where used for support.
Respectful practice
Choice, privacy, dignity and safe, competent support are non-negotiable.
