Kindrel Support is an independent, unregistered NDIS provider serving self-managed and plan-managed participants. Kindrel is not registered with, affiliated with or endorsed by the National Disability Insurance Agency or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. References to the NDIS describe the funding context in which services may be delivered.
4. Enquiries are not service agreements
Sending an enquiry does not create a service relationship, guarantee availability or confirm that a support is suitable or NDIS-funded. Services only begin after Kindrel and the participant or authorised representative agree to the scope, rates, safety arrangements and other terms in a service agreement. If these website terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the service agreement applies to the support relationship.
5. Privacy and forms
Personal information submitted through this website is handled under our Privacy Policy. Do not use the website to send emergency information. If someone is in immediate danger, call 000.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Kindrel Support name, logo, website design, written content and original graphics are owned by or licensed to Kindrel Support and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
